(openPR) Completely new user interface: Intelligently reduced navigation and "at a glance" views of all tests make user guidance and campaign management considerably easier. Also new: the Shopify connection.

Offenburg, October 21, 2021 – Kameleoon, one of the leading web and full-stack experimentation and personalization platforms, is starting a new chapter with this update: The recently released "Horizon" version offers a completely new testing and personalization experience. The user interface has been completely redesigned: on the one hand, the modern, minimalist design makes it possible to create a better overview and, on the other hand, to significantly improve user guidance through reduced navigation.

The user can now see all campaigns at a glance and yet access specific tests, call up information by mouseover and even start actions from the dashboard. It is now much easier to work with multiple segments and tests at the same time without losing track. New, storable filter options make it easier to search for individual elements, and access to the individual pages is much faster. User-defined views can also be created with just a few clicks - and can be called up again. Also new: the Shopify connection.

With the personalization platform based on artificial intelligence, companies can predict the purchase intentions of visitors in real time and customize messages, content and offers.

All the novelties of the "Horizon" version:

Intuitive and smooth: Navigation reduced to the essentials

The focus of the "Horizon" version is a new user interface for simplified campaign control: the customer should be able to easily access all elements. The new navigation helps here: The user can start all sorts of actions from just four menu items.

Activation: Set up campaigns

Analysis: Understand the impact of the campaigns on the target groups/segments

Configuration: Set up all the elements (segments, goals, etc.) that will be used in the campaigns

Management: Manage all pages and connect Kameleoon to the customer's ecosystem

Everything at a glance: UI Dashboard revised

Kameleoon's new dashboards show all campaigns in one overview. In this way, the user can find the desired element at first glance and access it. This works through some UX changes:

The campaigns are now displayed in list format instead of map format

The dashboard now shows twice as many tests above the fold, resulting in less scrolling

The titles of the campaign names are no longer truncated and are therefore clearly identifiable

The tags assigned to the experiments are more visible

The search bar is now permanently available in dashboards; search algorithms have also been optimized

The experiments can now be sorted by clicking on the column header

Improved search: saveable filters in the right sidebar

All filter options are now available in the right sidebar of the dashboard: The user can search for specific conversion goals (macro and micro conversions), segments or goals. Filter options are also available based on the last change, the last status change, and the start or creation date. It is now also possible to search for all of an author's campaigns. Practical: The filters can be composed of several factors, saved for frequently used queries and used again and again.

Access via mouseover: campaign information and activation directly in the dashboard

Customers can now access the most important information about their campaigns directly in their dashboards: all they have to do is hover over the desired experiment to see a pop-up with all relevant information.

An expanded display area is also available in the dashboard for activating campaigns: the customer can use the new list view to view twice as many campaigns, quickly access each campaign and trigger the desired actions.

Available actions related to campaigns, segments or goals are now suggested via kebab menu to the right of each item: simulate, rename, manage tags, duplicate, delete, finalize in code editor and so on.

Tip: On the Goals and Segment pages, users now have the ability to select multiple items to apply common actions to them. For example, several destinations can be deleted at the same time or the same keyword can be assigned to different segments.

New interface design: Improved user guidance

The modern design makes navigation easier with its colors, animations and notifications. The entire layout of the user interface has also been revised to ensure a better overview:

The pop-ins have been enlarged to take advantage of a larger screen width

Column headings remain visible as you scroll, and the "Fast Back" button lets users instantly jump to the top of the page

Multi-Device: More powerful on all devices

The "Horizon" platform is now even more powerful and accessible on all devices. Whether mobile phone or desktop PC: Customers can manage and adapt their campaigns at any time on their preferred device via a responsive design.

Custom: Define and display individual views

Project Manager, Frontend Developer, or Product Owner: Each member of a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team wants to see different information, work on a specific set of experiments, or pursue specific business goals. The new dashboards allow any user to create custom views with a few clicks and define which view the tool should present by default when loading.

Simplified onboarding process: guided tour when logging in for the first time

With the "Horizon" version, Kameleoon has simplified the onboarding process on the platform to allow anyone, regardless of their skill level, to work independently. The first time you log in, a guided tour starts automatically. In addition, tool tips have been added to support all users of the platform. The user manual, which can be reached by clicking on the "Help" menu item, has also been completely revised - and this also applies to the developer documentation.

New: Shopify connection

With the Shopify connection, it is now even easier to implement A/B tests and a culture of experimentation with the Shopify shop system. Kameleoon can be connected to the Shopify shop with just a few clicks. A/B tests can thus be created easily and simply with the visual editor directly in the Shopify shop, without any previous knowledge of web development. It has never been so easy to integrate such a comprehensive A/B testing tool with a visual editor into Shopify, to test hypotheses based on evidence and to increase conversions in the shop within a short time.
