Chromebook: This is what makes Chrome OS special

Well, I got the Acer Spin 311 delivered last week and sent it back last week. What a shit! Apart from the fact that this "OS" doesn't even begin to explain itself, the box still shakes. Ok, the thing only cost 250€... Is that why it stutters? Of course not. Tablets or cell phones for €250 don't stutter either. What's the point behind a device that jerky upon delivery??? If you look at the benchmark performance of the Celeron N4100, the built-in CPU is about as powerful as a Snapdragon 670. So why can't middle-class computing power fuel this operating system? All I can think of is bad programming...Chrome OS is a non-starter because you have to buy performance for an indecent amount of money and then you don't even have compatibility with Win or iOS. What added value does an operating system offer that doesn't even require expensive hardware, complete , Compatibility with the in-house app store. For me, the experience was scary and before I invest 500, 700 or more euros in something like that, I'd rather put my money in a Windows device that then syncronizes perfectly with my desktop.
