For several weeks, companies have had to offer their employees "Corona self-tests".
There is generally no obligation to document the tests. In the interests of proper management and in the interest of the health of employees, it should nevertheless be noted who was tested and when. New function for creating certificates for employees
The current Corona regulation of some federal states (e.g. in Lower Saxony) enables every company and every company to issue officially valid test certificates for their employees, which can then be presented at the hairdresser, in specialist retail, in the catering trade or on many other occasions can and will be recognized as official test certificates.
The prerequisite is that the employees carry out the self-tests in the company "under supervision". A test certificate valid for 24 hours can then be issued immediately. The certificate can be created using a PDF template. It works even more easily and professionally with the coZERT software and the new function for creating certificates for employees.
The employees are registered once and then the official PDF certificates can be created online in a smart way. If desired, the certificates are automatically sent to the employees by email, contain a QR code and can be shared via Whatsapp or email and also archived in the company's system.
